(رویترز) – تولید کننده ژنریک و بیوسیملار سوئیسی ساندوز (SIX:) روز پنجشنبه اعلام کرد که در یک پرونده تثبیت قیمت در ایالات متحده، یک توافقنامه تسویه حساب 265 میلیون دلاری منعقد کرده است.
این شرکت گفت که شرکتهای تابعه آمریکایی آن با پرداخت 265 میلیون دلار در یک دعوای قضایی با گروهی از خریداران مستقیم دارو موافقت کردهاند، توافقی که حاوی هیچ گونه اعتراف به تخلف شرکت سوئیسی نیست.
