دادگاه عالی سازمان ملل به اسرائیل دستور می دهد فورا حمله خود به رفح را متوقف کند، گذرگاه مرزی را باز کند تا کمک ها آزادانه به غزه جریان یابد و اجازه دسترسی بلامانع به بازرسان در مورد ادعاهای نسل کشی در فلسطین را بدهد. اسرائیل گفت که به حق خود برای دفاع از خود عمل می کند و اتهامات مربوط به نسل کشی را ظالمانه خواند.
